Mixed Greens
1 pre-packaged bag of collard greens
1 small cabbage ( Cut)
28 ounces of chicken stock
Smoked turkey necks
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 tbsp of bacon drippings.
Add bacon drippings to your pot. Let it heat up well then add your smoked turkey necks and just brown them a little. Add collard greens and allow them to cook for about an hour or until tender before you add your cabbage. Cook cabbage until fork tender. Salt and add pepper. Take a spoon and taste.
